User System Guide
This module records, validates, and arbitrates grain and derivative trade agreements transparently under applicable commercial standards.
Registering a Transaction
Complete the 5 required parameters in the Register New Transaction panel:
- COMMODITY PRODUCT: Specify the grain type and delivery term (e.g., Soybeans Spot, Yellow Corn, Wheat).
- METRIC TONS (MT): Agreed volume measured in metric tons (e.g., 1000).
- PRICE / TERMS: Fixed price and delivery term (e.g., USD 280 / Spot Port Terminal).
- BUYER ENTITY: Official corporate name of the purchasing company.
- SELLER ENTITY: Official corporate name of the selling entity or grower.
Clicking Issue Deal Confirmation assigns a unique tracking deal slip (e.g., #NC-2026-090) and records the deal permanently.
Understanding Statuses
Deal slip issued; awaiting final digital signature/acceptance from counter-parties.
Terms accepted by buyer and seller. Transaction ready for execution and execution.
Discrepancy active regarding quality, weight deduction, or payment dispute for mediation.

Este módulo permite registrar, validar y arbitrar contratos de compraventa de granos y subproductos con transparencia y validez normativa.
Registrar una Transacción
Completá los 5 campos clave en el panel de Register New Transaction:
- COMMODITY PRODUCT (Producto): Granos y modalidad comercial (ej: Soja Rosario Spot, Maíz Condición Cámara).
- METRIC TONS / MT (Toneladas): Volumen pactado en toneladas métricas (ej: 1000).
- PRICE / TERMS (Precio y Condición): Valor acordado y condición de entrega (ej: USD 280 / Cierre Puerto).
- BUYER ENTITY (Comprador): Razón social de la empresa compradora.
- SELLER ENTITY (Vendedor): Razón social de la empresa o productor vendedor.
Al presionar Issue Deal Confirmation, el sistema asigna un número de boleto único (ej: #NC-2026-090) y graba la transacción.
Estados del Registro
Boleto emitido; en espera de la conformidad/firma digital de ambas partes.
Aceptado por comprador y vendedor. Operación en curso para entrega y liquidación.
Instancia activada ante discrepancias de calidad, mermas, fletes o pagos.
