By combining top-tier assets, a robust supply chain, and in-depth knowledge of the global market, we respond to growing demands around the world.

At COFCO International, we understand the challenges and opportunities posed by population growth. Predictable and ever-increasing food consumption in China and Asia is a fundamental foundation of our success. Today, we are growing rapidly and operating more efficiently than ever.

Our business model is sound, our trading network is strong, and we have access to the world’s most important agricultural production regions, including South America, North America, the Black Sea region, Europe, and Australia. We also have well-managed logistics assets in major global export and trading centers, as well as land-based logistics hubs from Santos in Brazil, Rosario in Argentina, and Saint Louis in the United States to Constanta in Romania and Kembla in Australia.

Growth Plans
Ensuring a long-term, sustainable supply of grains, oilseeds, and sugar is central to our strategy. We have a strong base of world-class assets in high-growth source regions, with 60% of our grain and oilseed assets in the world’s largest exporting region, South America.

We are generating long-term, profitable growth by expanding our presence in South America, North America, and the Black Sea. At the same time, we are making our supply chain more efficient by growing, processing, transporting, trading, and distributing commodities in smarter and more sustainable ways. We work with Growmark, the second-largest farmer cooperative in the United States. Our partnership gives us direct access to North American grains. In turn, U.S. farmers who are part of the Growmark cooperative gain access to our global markets. Our access to China gives farmers unprecedented distribution and marketing capabilities in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

Fostering Partnerships
We are committed to working closely with the agricultural community, providing financing and expertise to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

Establishing long-term relationships with farmers will allow us to purchase more products directly from them and help us grow sustainably. We are building a future based on the values of partnership and sustainability, so that in the long term we can play an integral role in the global food supply.

We are investing to develop our presence in key source regions such as South America, North America, and the Black Sea region, where China’s Belt and Road Initiative will dramatically improve connections to the Chinese market. By supporting farmers in all
